Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ContentOps Studio (the "Service"), operated by VPCF SERVIÇOS LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ No. 61.246.311/0001-20 ("VPCF"), for discovery, assisted editing, human review and publishing of short videos to third-party platforms, including TikTok. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

ContentOps Studio processes videos from authorized sources, generates candidate clips with the help of artificial intelligence, presents them for human review and, upon approval and the operator's explicit consent, publishes the approved content to the destination account the user connects.

2. Accounts and access

• Access to the console requires authentication. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• The user must hold legitimate authorization over the source content and over the platform accounts they connect.
• The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, infringement of third-party rights, or in violation of the rules of the integrated platforms.

3. TikTok integration

By connecting a TikTok account, the user authorizes the Service, via TikTok's official OAuth, to identify the connected account (user.info.basic) and to upload/publish approved videos (video.upload, video.publish). Every publication requires the user's explicit consent at the moment of upload, including the Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, branded-content disclosure, in accordance with TikTok's policies. The user may revoke access at any time in their TikTok account settings.

4. User content

The user retains all rights to the content they provide and publish. The user represents that they hold the necessary rights to the source material and is responsible for the content published through the Service.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPCF is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Service, nor for moderation decisions of third-party platforms.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the Service's channels. Continued use after an update implies acceptance.
